A:That depends on what you are ordering. Some of our products, for example,

Wristbands can be sent out around 3-5 days, shipping time is not included.

Keychains can be sent out around 5-7-10 days, if big order quantity, maybe a little bit later. you can contact to us to check the actual delivery date.

Q:What forms of payment do you accept?

Q:Can I add my own logo to my order?

A: Yes, you can add your own logo or do you own designs. If our online design system is not satisfied with you,please feel free to contact our customer service.

Q:What is your minimum order quantity?

A: 5pcs only as sample order, you can choose the order quantity via our system.

Q: If I have my vector file,do you need it?

A: Yes,we need your vector file (PDF,AI,CDR) both files are fine. You can upload your screen shot and design to our system. Then send the vector file to our mailbox: info@chinalabelshop.com ,please mark the order no# on your mail subject.

Q:EMS shipping way is slow!

A: We add EMS for shipping now,

This is the cheaper way for shipping, but may takes 15-25days to arrive your place,please pay high attention if you need your goods urgently!!
